Welcome to Young Guns Austin, TX website! Here you will find information on Austin's best youth fitness groups and our locations. From running, biking, and boxing, we have lots of options for your child. 

YG ATX was started in the spring of 2009 to teach a love of running as well as the proper form and technique in order to be life long runners. Since then, we've added biking and boxing fitness groups to encourage active lifestyles for our participants, as well as to have a lot of fun.

YG's focus is on improving running/biking endurance and overall fitness, develop "functional" strength, flexibility, and improve core strength and body alignment. Further, participants will likely see improvements in self-image, confidence, attitude, social-interpersonal-relationship-skills, as well as ability to focus on tasks and school-work. (These benefits of exercise are well-known in adults, and they also apply and are especially important for youth.) 

The main goal of YG's Running, Biking, & Boxing groups is to have fun and enjoy being outdoors with others while being active!
